Ishikawa Technologies (“Ishikawa”) is a software aggregation platform established by Melior and led by Stuart McCaul, an experienced software industry executive.
The business was founded to acquire and consolidate software companies under a single company structure with a focus on product-led businesses.
In 2025, Ishikawa acquired Big Red Cloud, an accounting, payroll and inventory management software provider to the Irish and UK market. This investment is the first acquisition completed by the Ishikawa platform.
NRG Panel is one of Ireland’s largest installers of solar PV, battery, EV charger and heat pump systems.
NRG Panel provides a range of services that allow residential and commercial customers to improve the energy efficiency of their homes and businesses, reducing costs and carbon emissions. NRG Panel has experienced impressive growth since it was founded in 2015.
In 2023, Melior acquired NRG Panel in partnership with the founders and management team.
