Learning Pool provides an end-to-end solution to managing customers’ eLearning needs through offering technology platforms, content catalogues, and bespoke development services.
In May 2016, CCI acquired Learning Pool in partnership with the founder and management team. Under CCI’s ownership, the business completed four accretive bolt-on acquisitions, significantly improved the technology and service offering, and expanded its geographic reach.
In July 2021, CCI sold its investment in Learning Pool to Marlin Equity Partners, a software and technology focused US private equity firm.
