Founded in 2003 by Thomas Owens and Leo McCarthy, the company’s platform delivers mission critical banking software to over 220 credit unions, empowering them to serve their communities and members with modern, secure and digitally enabled financial services.
In 2026, Melior acquired Progress in partnership with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, Goodbody Capital Partners, the founders and the management team.
