Gavin joined Melior in 2022 and has over five years of experience across private credit investing and corporate finance. Gavin currently sits on the Board of Salmon Software.

Prior to Melior, Gavin worked for Activate Capital, where he invested in real estate development finance opportunities in Ireland.

Prior to joining Activate Capital, Gavin worked in the M&A team at J.P. Morgan in London, focusing on UK and Ireland opportunities.

Gavin holds a first-class honours degree (BSc) in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
