John-George is a corporate lawyer, specialising in M&A and corporate governance. He founded and ran the Corporate Department at Tughans, Belfast where he was also Senior Partner. He remains a consultant at Tughans and currently chairs three businesses, namely Pivotal with cash transit and digital payment operations in Ireland and GB, Capper, an agribusiness with animal feed and bedding manufacturing facilities in Northern Ireland and Westmeath and Vertical Structure, a Belfast based cyber security business.
